摘　　要：总结提出教育的政治属性、人民属性、战略属性,体现中国共产党人对教育规律的认识和把握达到了新的高度,这是马克思主义教育思想的新发展,是重大的理论集成创新。深刻理解新时代新征程建设教育强国的战略任务、目标要求和需要正确处理的重大关系,就必须准确把握教育的三大属性。中国特色社会主义教育强国应具有思政引领力、人才竞争力、科技支撑力、民生保障力、社会协同力、国际影响力等六大特质,这是教育三大属性的具体要求。正确处理教育强国建设中的五对重大关系,要坚持系统观念,也必须把握好教育的三大属性。Introducing"three major implications"marks a new development of Marxist perspective on education.Accurately grasping these implications is the key to understanding the strategic considerations,target requirements and key relationships that need to be dealt with to build China into a great country in the new era.A leading country in education of socialism with Chinese characteristics should have"six major traits",which are the specific requirements of the"three major implications"of education.Grasping the three major implications also helps to correctly handle"five important relationships"in the construction of a leading country in education.
