摘　　要：新时代提升教师教书育人能力是建设教育强国的内在要求,建设高素质专业化教师队伍、培育时代新人、办好人民满意的教育都迫切需要提升教师教书育人能力。教育家精神是提升教师教书育人能力的强大精神动力,能够为教师立德修身提供丰厚滋养,为教师敬业立学树立价值坐标,为教师开拓创新提供精神引领。新时代新征程,应加强教育家精神宣传力度、推动教育家精神培育涵养、强化教育家精神实践引领,使广大教师在“知”“信”“行”中形塑教育理念、厚植教育情怀、提升教育能力,从而筑牢强国建设、民族复兴的基础力量。Enhancing teachers ability is crucial for building an educationally powerful nation.It is urgent to improve this ability to build a high-quality teaching workforce,cultivate new generations,and provide satisfactory education.The spirit of educators is a powerful impetus,nurturing teachers'morality,setting value standards for their dedication,and inspiring innovation.Efforts should be made to promote,cultivate,and leaded by this spirit,enabling teachers to shape their educational philosophy,deepen their educational sentiment,and enhance their abilities through knowledge,belief,and action,thereby strengthening the foundation for national rejuvenation.
