摘　　要：本文围绕职业教育人才培养与企业职业素养需求“匹配度”较低、职业素养培育有效融入专业课程的教学实践方法不足等关键问题,尝试运用复杂网络模型阐述校企“合轨”职业素养育人模式构建的理论逻辑。针对企业轨,利用自然语言处理技术挖掘企业招聘文本信息,提取职业素养高频词。针对学校轨,以职业素养关键词为基础,运用大数据技术,按照“目标定位—智能匹配—分步融合”的思路,将专业知识与企业职业素养需求精准链接。以企业职业素养需求为导向,依托高职院校“产教融合”人才培养模式,提出“校企‘合轨’沉浸式工作站”实践改革新路径。利用大数据智能技术引导教学模式创新,探索校企“合轨”育人模式构建与实践路径,提升职业素养培育效果,实现“三全育人”目标。Focusing on key issues such as the low“fit”between vocational education talent cultivation and enterprise vocational competence demand,and the inadequate teaching practice methods integrating voca⁃tional competence cultivation into professional courses,this paper attempts to use complex network models to expound the theoretical logic of the construction of the school-enterprise cooperation vocational compe⁃tence education model.For the enterprise track,natural language processing technology is employed to ex⁃tract high-frequency vocational competence keywords from enterprise recruitment texts.For the school track,based on vocational competence keywords,big data technology is utilized to accurately link profes⁃sional knowledge with enterprise vocational competence demand according to the“goal positioning-intelli⁃gent matching-step-by-step integration”approach.Guided by enterprise vocational competence demand and relying on the vocational college“integration of production and education”talent cultivation model,a new path of practical reform,namely the“school-enterprise‘convergence track’immersive workstations”,is pro⁃posed.Using big data intelligent technology to guide innovative teaching modes,exploring the construction and practical path of school-enterprise cooperation in fostering individuals,enhancing the effectiveness of vocational competence cultivation,and achieving the goal of comprehensive education.
