摘　　要：本期推出的笔谈,力求以高等教育促进教育强国建设,以教育强国助力中国式现代化。笔谈中的《在优化高等教育布局中实现西部高等教育振兴》一文,提出高等教育要在坚持规模稳步发展的同时,把优化结构、提高质量放在重要位置,而优化结构和提高质量集中体现在优质高等教育资源扩张。《大学思政引领力的理论逻辑与实践进路》一文,从加强党对高等学校思政工作的全面领导、确立高等教育龙头地位、按照教育家精神铸魂强师三个维度提出了加强大学思政力的实践进路。《论教育家精神:打开时代命运下的一代宗师格局》一文,分析了教师在“悟道”“传道”“弘道”道路上所需经历的修炼,指出对教育家故事的生活叙事是弘扬教育家精神的有效路径之一。《建设世界教育中心需加强人才吸引力和创新辐射力》一文,提出世界教育中心作为多元组织集群,统整性地开展跨境教育教学、知识生产和创新活动,进而为我国从留学目的地大国向人才中心和知识创新中心升级转型提供路径。《坚持和运用系统观念打赢高等教育强国建设的攻坚战》一文,提出要合理控制高等教育规模,防止由于盲目扩招导致“平庸”;必须扎根中国大地、坚持“四个面向”,超越“指标化办学”的思维;需要抢抓机遇,做好高等教育多样化的改革与实验。《以科技发展、国家战略需求为牵引优化卓越工程师培养模式》一文,从项目依托、产教融合、政策保障和AI赋能的角度对我国持续优化卓越工程师培养体系问题提出了相关建议。The articles in this issue aim at invigorating China through higher education,and boosting Chinese modernization by invigorating China through education.In“Invigorating Higher Education in the Western Regions through Optimized Higher Education Layout”,it is proposed that in addition to stable expansion,the structural optimization and quality improvement of higher education should also be emphasized,which is embodied in the expansion of high-quality higher education resources.In“Theoretical Logic and Practical Approach of University Ideological and Political Guidance”,practical approaches to strengthening university ideological and political guidance are presented from the perspectives of strengthening the Party’s full leadership in university ideological and political work,establishing the leading position of higher education,and equipping teachers with educator spirit.In“On Educator Spirit:the Way to Great Minds Destined for the New Era”,the author analyzes teachers’practice on the way to“understanding,spreading,and developing truth”,and holds that the life narrative of educators’stories is one of the effective ways of carrying forward educator spirit.In“Construction of World Education Center Calls for Increased Attraction to Talent and Influence in Innovation”,it is maintained that as a cluster of diversified organizations,a world education center should integrate cross-border education,knowledge production and innovative activities,thus helping transform China from a major overseas study destination to a talent,knowledge and innovation center.In“Building a Higher Education Power with Consistent System Philosophy”,the author argues that the scale of higher education should be rationally controlled to avoid“mediocrity”resulting from blind expansion;it is imperative that higher education serve national interest,focus on the“four key areas”,and update the mindset of“indicators education”;it is necessary to seize opportunities for reforms and experiments for diversified hig
