摘 要:食品添加剂使用标准是食品安全监督管理的基础,规范企业行为、防止滥用是食品添加剂监管的重点。尽管我国食品添加剂标准体系在逐步完善,但仍然存在企业理解不足、标准更新滞后等问题。为解决这些问题,需加强标准宣传培训、强化监督检查和执法、推动标准更新和完善,并加强社会监督和舆论引导,从而提高食品安全监管水平,为食品安全监管工作提供参考。The use standards of food additives are the basis of food safety supervision and management,and regulating corporate behavior and preventing abuse are the key points of food additive supervision.Although China’s food additive standard system is gradually improving,there are still problems such as insufficient understanding of enterprises and lagging standard updates.To solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen standard publicity and training,strengthen supervision and inspection and law enforcement,promote standard updates and improvements,and strengthen social supervision and public opinion guidance,so as to improve the level of food safety supervision and provide reference for food safety supervision.
