摘  要:葡萄酒因其独特的口感和丰富的营养价值深受消费者喜爱。然而,随着葡萄酒市场的不断扩大和消费者对产品质量要求的提高,葡萄酒的质量安全问题日益凸显,特别是葡萄酒酿造过程复杂,容易出现质量问题。基于此,本文通过深入分析葡萄酒质量安全的影响因素,并提出酿造过程中的质量管理建议,旨在为葡萄酒生产商提供科学的指导,帮助他们识别和控制生产中的关键风险点,从而确保葡萄酒的安全性和高品质。Wine is deeply loved by consumers due to its unique taste and rich nutritional value.However,with the continuous expansion of the wine market and the increasing demand for product quality from consumers,the quality and safety issues of wine have become increasingly prominent,especially the complex wine making process,which is prone to quality problems.Based on this,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of wine quality and safety,and proposes quality management suggestions during the brewing process,aiming to provide scientific guidance for wine producers,help them identify and control key risk points in production,and ensure the safety and high quality of wine.
