摘 要:快速检测技术具有快速、方便、高效等特点,在食品安全监管中有着广泛的应用,对于督促生产经营者落实食品安全“两个责任”,增强法律责任和食品安全意识,减少食品安全风险,保障人们“舌尖上的安全”,维护地区和谐稳定都具有重要意义。本文论述了食品安全快速检测技术的基本内容与应用场景,分析了当前快速检测技术应用面临的问题,并从加强综合保障、强化制度建设、完善监管链条以及加强教育宣传等方面提出了对策建议,希望能为业内提供一定参考。Rapid detection technology has the characteristics of speed,convenience,and efficiency,and has a wide range of applications in food safety supervision.It is of great significance for urging producers and operators to implement the“two responsibilities”of food safety,enhancing legal responsibility and food safety awareness,reducing food safety risks,ensuring people’s“safety on the tongue”,and maintaining regional harmony and stability.This article discusses the basic content and application scenarios of food safety rapid detection technology,analyzes the problems faced by the current application of rapid detection technology,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening comprehensive guarantee,strengthening institutional construction,improving regulatory chain,and strengthening education and publicity,hoping to provide some reference for the industry.
