摘　　要：目的研究地市级基层医院住院医师规范化培训临床技能培训模式、考核方式,为完善住院医师规范化培训临床技能培训教学管理提供依据。方法2022年12月25日,对国家住培基地湘西土家族苗族自治州人民医院/吉首大学第一附属医院2020年9月—2022年8月参加住院医师规范化培训的107名住院医师进行匿名问卷调查,对该院临床技能培训模式及考核安排的合理性和有效性进行评价分析。结果共收回有效调查问卷107份,96.27%住院医师认为该院临床技能培训对他们通过国家执业医师实践技能考试比较有帮助;90.65%住院医师认为该院临床技能培训对他们临床工作中的技能水平的提高帮助比较大;90.65%住院医师认为该院临床技能培训安排比较合理;91.59%住院医师认为该院临床技能模拟考核安排合理。结论湘西土家族苗族自治州人民医院/吉首大学第一附属医院的临床技能培训模式,受到住院医师广泛好评,取得良好的培训效果。Objective To study the training mode and assessment method of standardized clinical skills training for residents in prefecture-level basic hospitals,so as to provide basis for improving the teaching management of standardized clinical skills training for residents.Methods On December 25,2022,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 107 resident doctors who participated in standardized resident training in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital/the First Affiliated Hospital of Jishou University,National residential training base,from September 2020 to August 2022.The rationality and effectiveness of clinical skills training model and assessment arrangement were evaluated and analyzed.Results A total of 107 effective questionnaires were collected.96.27%of the residents believed that the clinical skills training of the hospital was helpful for them to pass the national practical skills examination for medical practitioners.90.65%of the residents believed that the clinical skills training of the hospital was helpful to improve their skills in clinical work.90.65%of the residents thought that the clinical skills training arrangement of the hospital was reasonable;91.59%of the residents thought that the arrangement of clinical skills simulation assessment was reasonable.Conclusion The clinical skills training mode of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital/the First Affiliated Hospital of Jishou University has been widely praised by residents and achieved good training results.
