摘　　要：随着数字化时代的到来,高等教育的教学模式与手段发生了深刻变革。文章将探讨在数字化背景下如何将思政元素有效融入“食品微生物检验技术”课程教学中,旨在促进思政教育与专业教育的有机融合,培养具备正确的价值观、职业道德和社会责任感的食品专业技能型人才。With the advent of the digital era,the teaching modes and approaches in higher education have witnessed profound alterations.This paper intends to explore how to efficaciously incorporate ideological and political elements into the teaching of“Technology of Food Microbe Testing”within the digital context.The aim of this paper is to facilitate the organic integration of ideological and political education and professional education,and cultivate food professional talents with correct values,professional ethics,and social responsibility.
