摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是放射科医师必经之路。临床思维能力教学是培训过程中的重中之重。该文立足临床思维能力培养,分别从理论教学、实践教学、学习平台建设和思政教育等方面介绍了南方医科大学南方医院在放射科专业基地住培实践中的经验和体会,旨在为放射科住院医师培训提供参考。Standardized residency training is a necessary path for radiologists.Teaching of clinical thinking skills is a top priority in the training process.Focusing on the cultivation of clinical thinking skills,this paper introduces the experience and insights of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University in the teaching practice of residency training in the Department of Radiology from the aspects of theoretical and practical teaching,learning platform construction and ideological and political education,in order to provide reference for residency training in the department of radiology.
