摘　　要：推动“课堂革命”是教育数字化背景下高职院校提升人才培养质量的必由之路。在教育数字化背景下,本文以《食品化学》课程为例,以数字赋能,创新“一心二链三阶四环多评”任务驱动式教学模式,同时通过革新教育理念、整合教学内容、完善教学评价等路径有效推进“课堂革命”,始终坚持“以学生为中心”,推进职业教育的内涵建设。Promoting the"classroom revolution"is the only way for vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent cultivation under the background of educational digitization.In the context of digital education,this article takes the course of"Food Chemistry"as an example,using digital empowerment to innovate the task driven teaching mode of"one mind,two chains,three levels,four rings,and multiple evaluations".At the same time,through innovative educational concepts,integrated teaching content,and improved teaching evaluation,it effectively promotes the"classroom revolution"and always adheres to the"student-centered"approach to promote the connotation construction of vocational education.
