摘  要:教师教育强国建设是教育强国建设持续繁荣的根基。自中华人民共和国成立以来,教师教育本体实践的历史贡献、学科发展的历史规律、伟大进程的历史经验决定了我国必须坚定地走教师教育强国之路。教师教育强国建设要回应中国式现代化建设的重大战略需求、应对未来社会发展对新质教师提出的创新要求以及破解教师教育自身主要矛盾的现实需求。锚定“双优先”战略定位、坚持“双提高”战略目标、明确“双激励”战略手段、突出“双进阶”战略要素、构建“双驱动”战略保障是中国特色教师教育强国建设的战略举措。The establishment of a robust teacher education system is fundamental to sustaining the prosperity of a country's educational prowess.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the historical contributions of teacher education practices,the evolutionary patterns of disciplinary development,and the invaluable lessons gleaned from this monumental journey have collectively underscored China's imperative to resolutely pursue the path of becoming a global leader in teacher education.The construction of a powerful country of teacher education should respond to the great strategic demand of Chinese path to modernization,the innovative requirements of future social development for new-quality teachers as well as the realistic appeal to break the main contradictions in teacher education itself.Establishing a"dual priority"strategic positioning,pursuing"dual improvement"strategic goals,implementing"dual incentive"strategic approaches,emphasizing"dual progression"strategic elements,and constructing a"dual-driven"strategic support system.These strategic initiatives form the cornerstone of building a strong teacher education system with distinctive Chinese characteristics.
