“四新”背景下英语专业师范生核心素养研究

摘　　要：人类社会进入21世纪,新技术、新产业、新业态和新模式不断出现,为英语教育事业带来新机遇的同时,也带来了巨大的挑战,对英语师范生核心素养的培养提出了新的要求。在“四新”背景下,英语师范生的核心素养包括师德素养、知识素养、能力素养、学习和发展素养、团队精神和拼搏精神等。为培育英语师范生的核心素养,可以通过构建多元教学模式、强化实践应用能力、培养自主学习和创新能力以及加强文化意识教育等策略来进行。When Humans enter the 21st century,the new technologies,new industries and their new forms,and new modes have been emerging,which bring the new chance and challenges for the English education.All these have posed the new requirement for cultivation of core competence of these students.Under such“four New”background,the core competence of normal university students majoring in English includes competence of professional ethics,knowledge,ability,learning and development,group and fighting spirit.To cultivate such competence,some strategies can be taken,such as construction of multiple teaching mode,promotion of practice,improvement of automatic leaning and innovation,and strengthening the education of cultural awareness.
