摘 要:文章深入探讨了薪酬差异对员工工作满意度的影响机制。通过系统梳理国内外相关文献,研究发现薪酬差异通过多重途径影响工作满意度,主要包括组织公平感、工作动机和工作压力等中介因素。同时,组织承诺和个体特征等因素在这一过程中起到重要的调节作用。研究进一步分析了薪酬差异对不同类型员工的影响,为组织优化薪酬体系、提升员工满意度提供了理论依据和实践建议,为深化薪酬管理研究提供了新的思路。This paper thoroughly examines the mechanisms by which salary differences influence employee job satisfaction.Through a systematic review of relevant domestic and international literature,the research reveals that salary differences affect job satisfaction through multiple pathways,primarily including mediating factors such as organizational justice perceptions,work motivation,and job stress.Additionally,factors like organizational commitment and individual characteristics play significant moderating roles in this process.The study further analyzes the differentiated impact of salary differences on various types of employees,providing theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for organizations to optimize their compensation systems and enhance employee satisfaction,and offers new perspectives for deepening the study of salary management.
