摘  要:目的探讨多维度混合式教学模式在眼科教学过程中的应用效果,明确“互联网+”背景下实践教学在眼科教学中的作用和意义。方法选取2022年6—12月潍坊医学院附属医院眼科中心的51名临床医学实习生为研究对象,按照教学模式的不同分为采用多维度混合式教学模式的研究组(n=26)和采用传统教学模式的对照组(n=25)。比较两组理论知识掌握水平、实际操作能力及教学满意度。结果研究组理论成绩和技能成绩分别为(95.23±1.98)分、(93.24±2.46)分,均高于对照组的(85.04±4.18)分、(88.08±2.04)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.257、8.172,P均<0.05)。研究组学习兴趣、学习效率、疾病诊断、知识理解、病例分析和独立解决问题的教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在眼科临床医学实习生的教育培训中,以“互联网+”为背景的多维度混合式教学实践模式具有良好的教学效果,可显著提升临床医学实习生的培训质量,促进临床医学实习生教育的规范化发展。Objective To discusse the application effect of multi-dimensional hybrid teaching mode in ophthalmology teaching process,and to clarify the role and significance of practical teaching in ophthalmology teaching under the background of"Internet+".Methods A total of 51 clinical medical interns from the Ophthalmic Center of the Affili-ated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from June to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to the different teaching modes,they were divided into the study group(n=26)with multi-dimensional hybrid teaching mode and the control group(n=25)with traditional teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge mastery level,practical operation ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores and skill scores of the study group were 95.23±1.98 and 93.24±2.46,respectively,which were higher than 85.04±4.18 and 88.08±2.04 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.257,8.172,both P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction scores of learning interest,learning efficiency,disease diagnosis,knowledge under-standing,case analysis and independent problem solving in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the education and training of clinical medical interns in ophthalmology,the multi-dimensional heydrid teaching practice mode with the background of"In-ternet+"has good teaching effect,which can significantly improve the training quality of clinical medical interns and promote the standardized development of clinical medical interns'education.
