以职业能力为导向的高职英语教学模式改革探索

摘  要:进入新时代,我国经济社会发展对人才培养提出更高要求,高职院校英语课程是各专业的公共基础课程,在教学过程中要将学生职业能力培养放在首位,以提升学生学科素养,增强学生就业竞争力,为教育强国、人才强国建设提供人才支撑。以职业能力为导向的高职英语教学模式改革可采取以下策略:调整教学目标,优化教学内容,创新教学方法,采用多元化教学评价,优化师资队伍建设。Entering the new era,China's economic and social development has put forward higher requirements for talent training.English courses in vocational colleges are public basic courses for all majors.In the teaching process,students'professional ability training should be put in the first place,so as to improve students'discipline quality,enhance their professional competitiveness,and provide talent support for the construction of education power and talent power.The reform of vocational English teaching mode guided by professional abilities can adopt the following strategies:adjusting teaching objectives,optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods,adopting diversified teaching evaluations,and optimizing the construction of teaching staff.
