摘  要:课堂教学是人才培养的主要抓手,增强课堂教学效能对于高素质创新型人才队伍建设具有重要价值。当前,新型课堂教学呈现互动主体多、思维进阶路径复杂、创新实践策略多元等特征,仅依靠专家主观点评的传统方式难以为教师提供及时且有针对性的改进建议,而生成式人工智能技术在自然语言处理和内容生成方面展现出强大实力。基于此,文章首先梳理了课堂教学评价与优化的研究现状,并提出生成式人工智能赋能的新型课堂教学评价与优化的推进路径;然后,文章探究了“文献计量法与编码体系建设-检索增强生成与精细化标注-提示学习与优化内容生成”相结合的技术解决方案;最后,文章通过准实验方法证实了以上方案能够增强课堂教学的有效性,特别是在提升课堂教学深度和广度、增强实践应用和创新创造水平方面展现出巨大潜力。文章通过研究,旨在为教师专业发展和教研工作提供有力支持,推动课堂教学评价效能的大幅提升,使规模化、个性化的课堂教学优化成为可能。Classroom teaching is the main grasp for talent training,and enhancing the effectiveness of classroom teaching is of great value for the construction of a high-quality innovative talent team.At present,the new classroom teaching presents many interactive subjects,complex thinking progression paths,and multiple innovative practice strategies,etc,while the traditional way that relied only on subjective comments from experts is difficult to provide teachers with timely and targeted improvement suggestions,and generative artificial intelligence technology has demonstrated strong capabilities in natural language processing and content generation.Based on this,this paper firstly reviewed the current research status of classroom teaching evaluation and optimization,and put forward the promotion path of the new classroom teaching evaluation and optimization enabled by generative artificial intelligence.Then,the technical solution of combing“bibliometric method and coding system construction-search enhancement generation and fine annotation-prompt learning and optimized content generation”was explored in this paper.Finally,the effectiveness of the above scheme in enhancing classroom teaching was demonstrated through quasi-experimentation,especially in improving the depth and breadth of classroom teaching,enhancing practical application and innovation level.Through the research,it was expected in this paper to provide strong support for teachers’professional development and teaching research,drive the sharp promotion of efficiency of classroom teaching evaluation,and make large-scale and personalized classroom teaching optimization possible.
