成人在线深度学习的发生要素及其对课程设计的启示

摘　　要：剖析成人在线深度学习规律,开发高质量的在线课程,对建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国意义重大。基于此,文章采用质性研究方法,探究在线情境下成人深度学习的发生要素,并对如何设计促进成人深度学习的在线课程提出建议。研究发现,成人在线深度学习建立在三重体验的基础上,即构成学习起点并反映课程有用性的价值体验,代表学习过程并反映课程易学性的认知体验,满足学习状态并反映课程爱用性的情绪体验。为此,在教学设计中应注意:聚焦真实问题解决,强化课程学习的价值体验;重构教学内容,引入情境线索强化认知体验;细化深度学习中的认知设计,通过不同类型的脚手架加强认知支持;聚焦获得感、成就感和归属感强化情绪体验,激发心流状态。文章通过研究,旨在为提高终身学习质量、服务学习型大国建设提供参考。Analyzing the rules of adult online deep learning and the development of high-quality online courses are of great significance to the construction of a lifelong learning society and a learning country.Based on this,this paper adopted qualitative research methods to explore the generation elements of adult deep learning under online contexts and put forward suggestions on how to design online courses that promoted adult deep learning.The study found that adult online deep learning was constructed based on a tripe experience,namely:the value experience that constituted the starting point of learning and reflected the usefulness of the course,the cognitive experience that represented the learning process and reflected the ease of learning,the emotional experience that satisfied the learning state and reflected the enjoyment of the course.Therefore,attention should be paid to the following aspects in teaching design:focusing on real problem solving to strengthen the value experience of course learning,reconstructing teaching content and introducing situational clues to enhance cognitive experience,refining cognitive design in deep learning and strengthening cognitive support through different types of scaffolding,focusing on the feelings of gain,achievement and belonging to enhance emotional experience and stimulate flow states.Through the research,this paper was aimed to provide reference for improving the quality of lifelong learning and building a learning-oriented country.
