摘　　要：就业育人是高校落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,是促进毕业生实现高质量充分就业的重要保证,就业育人也是当前高等教育改革和发展的重要方向之一。分析我国高职职业生涯教育现状,从存在问题入手,以就业育人作为职业生涯教育目标,深入探索构建符合本土需求的职业生涯教育体系的有效途径,丰富高职职业生涯教育理论,为构建符合本土需求的职业生涯教育体系提供理论支撑,助推就业育人新格局的建立。Employment education is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,and it is an important guarantee to promote graduates to achieve high-quality full employment.Employment education is also one of the important directions in the reform and development of higher education.By analyzing the present situation of career planning education in higher vocational colleges in our country,starting from the existing problems and taking employment education as the goal of career education,this paper probes into the effective ways to construct a career education system that meets the local needs,to enrich the theory of higher vocational career education,to provide theoretical support for the construction of career education that meets the local needs,and to promote the establishment of a new pattern of employment education.
