摘  要:复合思维可以促进职业教育学习者专业技能的多元发展,全面强化职业学校的竞争力,持续优化就业市场的“人岗匹配度”。复合思维赋能职业教育有三个“着力点”,塑造“知识—能力—素养”融合的成长理念,构建“政—产—学—研—用”复合协同的职教发展模式,打造“学校—家庭—社会”跨界联动的教育生态系统。复合思维要真正实现对职业教育学生的成长赋能,应以深入践行理念为基础,凝聚复合思维发展的共识度;以规范机制为核心,提升复合思维发展的耦合度;以优化制度环境为保障,增强复合思维发展的达成度。Compound thinking can promote the diversified development of professional skills for vocational education learners,comprehensively strengthen the competitiveness of vocational schools,and continuously optimize the"person job matching degree"in the job market.The empowerment of vocational education with compound thinking has three"focus points",shaping the growth concept of"knowledge ability literacy"integration,constructing a"government industry school research application"compound collaborative vocational education development model,and creating an education ecosystem of"school family society"cross⁃border linkage.To truly empower the growth of vocational education students with compound thinking,it should be based on deeply practicing the concept and consolidating the consensus on the development of compound thinking;Taking normative mechanisms as the core,enhance the coupling degree of the development of compound thinking;By optimizing the institutional environment as a guarantee,we aim to enhance the achievement of the development of compound thinking.
