摘  要:技工院校教师的科研能力是提高职业教育质量、推动产教融合发展的关键因素。该文以益阳高级技工学校汽车维修专业为例,探讨了技工院校教师科研能力培育的重要性及实践路径。首先阐述了技工院校教师科研能力培育的重要性,详细介绍了益阳高级技工学校在教师科研能力培育方面的实践经验,最后构建了科研能力培育效果评价机制,从教师科研水平提升、教学质量改善、服务地方产业发展等角度设计了相应指标。为提高人才培养质量、促进学校可持续发展奠定了坚实基础。As the core power source of new energy vehicles,the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systems directly affects vehicle performance and driving range.This paper first elucidates the importance of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systems in the field of new energy vehicles.Subsequently,it delves into the key factors affecting system efficiency,including limitations due to material properties and constraints from drive system control strategies and thermal management.Based on this analysis,targeted efficiency enhancement paths are proposed by optimizing new composite materials,integrating intelligent control technologies into the drive system,and proposing the construction of multi-dimensional thermal management and intelligent cooling systems.These measures significantly improve the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systems,providing theoretical and technical support for enhancing the efficiency of new energy vehicle power systems.
