基于艺术推广类岗位群需求的高职英语教学模式研究——以无锡工艺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：本文针对艺术推广岗位群的特定需求,探讨了如何构建高效、精准的高职英语教学模式,以满足行业对英语应用能力的实际需求。通过对无锡工艺职业技术学院英语教学现状与艺术推广岗位需求的深入分析,本文提出了基于产出导向法和内容与语言整合教学法的教学模式创新设计,包括多样化教学主题、数字化资源整合以及多维教学模式等策略,旨在促进英语教育更贴合艺术推广岗位群的实际需求,有助于培养行业需求的复合型人才。This paper addresses the specific needs of the art promotion job group,and discusses how to build an efficient and precise higher vocational English teaching mode to meet the actual needs of the industry for English application ability.By analyzing the current situation of English teaching in Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts&Technology and the needs of art promotion positions,this paper proposes an innovative design of teaching mode based on output-oriented method and content and language integration teaching method,including strategies such as diversified teaching themes,digital resource integration and multi-dimensional teaching mode,which is aimed at promoting the English education to be more in line with the actual needs of the art promotion job group and helping to cultivate the industry-demanded Complex personnel.
