摘　　要：食品文化以食品为物质基础,它所反映出来的精神文明是人类文化发展的一种标志,更是社会主义文化的一个有机组成部分。作为全国首家食品名城的漯河,其食品文化自信基于三个要素:独特的传统文化,特色的食品产业,强大的创新活力。基于此,漯河按照“文化点亮城市、产业彰显特色、创新引领未来”这一理念,提出建设现代化食品名城、创新之城、幸福之城,聚焦实现食品产业的“优势再造,形神兼备”,全面建立漯河食品文化自信。Food culture takes food as its material basis,and the spiritual civilization reflected by it is a symbol of the development of human culture,and an organic component of socialist culture.As the first food city in China,Luohe's confidence in food culture is based on three elements:unique traditional culture,characteristic food industry,and strong innovative vitality.Based on this,Luohe follows the concept of“culture lights up the city,industry highlights its characteristics,and innovation leads the future”,proposes to build a modern food city,an innovative city,and a happy city,focuses on realizing the“reconstruction of advantages and the combination of form and spirit”of the food industry,and comprehensively establishes confidence in Luohe's food culture.
