摘  要:反对教育体罚的思想可以分为古典与现代两类。古典反体罚思想批判体罚对儿童德性的败坏,却缺乏政治权力与社会伦理支持,对教育实践的影响有限。现代反体罚思想认为体罚不利于儿童德性和身心健康,损害其权利。通过与现代政治权力紧密合作,反体罚思想在人道主义等保护儿童权利的思潮支持下,最终形成了自身话语权力,有效限制了体罚在教育实践中的应用。体罚在现代教育中消失未必完全符合正义,体罚消匿史也非简单的教育进步史。Ancient anti-corporal punishment thoughts criticize the harm of corporal punishment to childrens morality,but its relationship with political power is not close enough to have an impact on educational practices.Modern anti-corporal punishment thoughts believe that corporal punishment is not conducive to childrens morality or physical and mental health.Against the background of changes in conceiving childhood and the rise of humanitarianism,this approach is closely united with political power and ultimately effectively restricts the application of corporal punishment in educational practices.However,the disappearance of corporal punishment in modern education may not fully conform to the idea of justice.Nor is such a history simply a history of progress。
