摘　　要：食品营养知识图谱与个性化膳食推荐系统的结合是当前健康饮食研究的重要方向。借助构建食品营养知识图谱,对食品中的营养成分及其对健康的益处进行梳理与研究,运用机器学习等技术打造个性化膳食推荐系统。依据用户的健康状况和饮食喜好,提供专业的饮食指导,以此增强用户的营养摄取和健康管理水平。本文详细介绍了食品营养知识图谱的构建步骤和个性化膳食推荐系统的设计,以实现膳食建议的精准化和个性化。The combination of food nutrition knowledge graph and personalized dietary recommendation system is an important direction of current healthy diet research.With the help of building a food nutrition knowledge graph,the nutrients in food and their health benefits are sorted out and studied,and machine learning and other technologies are used to create a personalized meal recommendation system.According to the user’s health status and dietary preferences,professional dietary guidance is provided to enhance the user’s nutritional intake and health management level.This paper introduces in detail the construction steps of food nutrition knowledge graph and the design of personalized dietary recommendation system to achieve accurate and personalized dietary recommendations.
