摘 要:开展学生“四自”教育是激发学生自我教育内生动力,提升学生教育效果,深化学生育人成效的有效手段。高职学生存在知识基础相对薄弱、学习能力较差、自律性不强等问题,发挥学生党员、学生干部等关键少数的示范带动作用,强化“四自”在学生教育管理中的作用,探索在“四自”视域下的学生育人模式显得尤为重要,作者以杨凌职业技术学院交通与测绘工程学院在学生“四自”教育中的探索为例,结合对“四自”教育的实践和思考,指出了“四自”教育中存在的问题和实施途径。Carrying out the“Four Self”education for students is an effective means to stimulate their intrinsic motivation for self-education,improve the effectiveness of student education,and deepen the effectiveness of student education.Vocational college students face problems such as relatively weak knowledge foundation,poor learning ability,and weak self-discipline.It is important to give full play to the exemplary role of key minority groups such as student party members and student cadres,strengthen the role of the“Four Self”in student education management,and explore the model of student fertility from the perspective of the“Four Self”.This paper takes the exploration of the School of Transportation and Surveying Engineering of Yangling Vocational and Technical College in student“Four Self”education as an example,based on the practice and reflection on“Four Self”education,the problems and implementation approaches in“Four Self”education are pointed out.
