摘  要:目的探讨基于微信平台的问题式学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)联合临床案例在中医学系本科生中医内科学教学中的应用效果。方法选取首都医科大学中医药学院2018级中医班及双培班本科学生共41名,分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于微信平台的PBL联合临床案例教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,对两组基础理论知识和综合运用能力进行考核,并以问卷调查形式评价教学效果。结果观察组基础理论知识及综合运用能力的考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组问卷调查总满意度为96.0%(24/25),高于对照组的75.0%(12/16)(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的PBL联合临床案例模式可以激发学生学习的兴趣和主动性,有助于本科生临床思维能力的培养,同时可以促进教师教学水平的提升,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method combined with clinical case teaching method based on WeChat platform in undergraduates teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 41 undergraduate students from the Grade 2018 traditional Chinese medicine class and the double-training class of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Capital Medical University were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group adopted the PBL combined with clinical case teaching method based on the WeChat platform,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive application ability of the two groups were assessed,and the teaching effect was evaluated in the form of a questionnaire.Results The test scores of basic theoretical knowledge and comprehensive application ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction of the questionnaire survey of the observation group was 96.0%(24/25),which was higher than that of the control group(75.0%,12/16)(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined clinical case teaching mode based on WeChat platform can stimulate the interest and initiative of graduate students in learning,help to cultivate the clinical thinking ability of undergraduate students,and promote the improvement of teachers’teaching level,which is worthy of promotion and application.
