摘  要:建设教育强国,离不开教师队伍的整体提升,以及教育家精神的深层引领与价值支撑。总体上看,教育家精神源于中华传统师道文化、党的百年发展要求、教育强国建设需要。从内涵上讲,教育家精神蕴含理想信念与终身学习的统一、铸魂育人与人文关怀的统一、润己泽人与文以载道的统一。系统梳理教育家精神的历史源流,科学阐释教育家精神的时代蕴含,理性提出教育家精神的践行理路,具体包括:加强理论学习,体悟教育家精神;深化道德认知,内化教育家精神;勇于躬耕实践,践行教育家精神;顺应时代脚步,传承教育家精神。The construction of education power is inseparable from the overall improvement of teachers,as well as the deep guidance and value support of educator spirit.In general,the spirit of educators originates from the Chinese traditional teacher culture,the century-old development requirements of the Party,and the needs of the construction of a powerful education country.From the connotation point of view,the spirit of educators contains the unity of ideals and beliefs and lifelong learning,the unity of cultivating people and humanistic care,and the unity of moistening people and literature to carry Taoism.Systematically sorting out the historical origin of educator spirit,scientifically explaining the era implication of educator spirit,and rationally proposing the practice of educator spirit are helpful for teachers to strengthen theoretical learning and understand educator spirit.Deepen the moral cognition and internalize educator spirit;Have the courage to practice the spirit of educators;Conform to the pace of The Times and develop the spirit of educators.
