摘 要:目的探索中医骨科临床教学运用雨课堂结合基于案例的学习(CBL)教学模式的效果。方法选取广西中医药大学中医骨伤科2021级108名本科生,以随机编号的方式分为实验组和对照组,每组54人。实验组应用雨课堂结合CBL教学法,对照组应用传统教学模式,两组授课教师和教材均相同。教学结束后,比较两组考核成绩及教学满意度。结果实验组考核成绩及满意度调查评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雨课堂结合CBL教学模式是一种能够有效提高中医骨伤科课堂参与度,激发学生学习兴趣,提升学生综合能力的方法。Objective To explore the application of Rain classroom combined with CBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 108 undergraduate students from Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Grade 2021,in Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 54 students in each group.The experimental group carried out Rain class+CBL teaching method.The control group used traditional teaching mode.The teachers and teaching materials of the two groups of students were the same.After the end of teaching,the two groups were compared with the assessment results and teaching satisfaction.Results The test scores and satisfaction survey scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Rain classroom and CBL teaching mode is a teaching method that can effectively improve the classroom participation in the teaching of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine,stimulate students’interest in learning,and improve students’comprehensive ability.
