摘 要:目的评价案例式教学法(CBL)结合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)教学法应用于中医心血管内科临床教学的价值。方法选取2022年3月—2023年1月于中医心血管内科实习的中医学专业实习生76名,以抽签法分为参照组、试验组,各38名。参照组应用常规带教模式,试验组应用CBL结合OSCE教学法,评析两组考核成绩及教学满意度。结果考核成绩比较,试验组采集病史、体格检查、资料判读、病历书写及临床技能得分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学总满意率为94.74%(36/38),高于参照组的76.32%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合OSCE教学法的应用,有助于提升中医心血管内科的临床教学质量,并且能够提高学生的学习成绩、综合能力。Objective To evaluate the value of case-based teaching method(CBL)combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)teaching method in clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 76 interns majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who were interned in department of cardiovascular medicine of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a experimental group,with 38 students in each group.The former group applies the conventional teaching mode,while the latter group uses the CBL combined with OSCE teaching method.Assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results Compared with the test results,the scores of medical history,physical examination,data interpretation,medical record writing and clinical skills in test groups were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than that of the control group(76.32%,29/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with OSCE teaching method can promote the quality of clinical teaching in cardiovascular medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and can improve students’comprehensive abilities and academic achievements.
