摘  要:新工科背景下基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,“食品化学”课程引入融合课程思政的BOPPPS教学模式,通过建立完整的课前-课中-课后教学结构,引导学生主动参与式学习。将思政元素润物无声地融入教学各环节中,实现学生在专业知识学习过程中思想政治素质、科学素养和职业道德的同步提升,为其他课程的思政教学提供一定实践参考。Under the background of new engineering studies and based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)education concept,the“Food Chemistry”is carried out by BOPPPS teaching model integrated with ideological education.By establishing a complete pre-class,in-class,and post-class teaching structure,students are guided to actively participate in learning.The integration of ideological elements into the teaching process has achieved simultaneous improvement in students’ideological and political qualities,scientific literacy,and professional ethics during the process of professional knowledge learning.It can provide a practical reference for the implementation of ideological education in other courses.
