摘　　要：党的全面领导是高校事业高质量发展的根本保证,以高质量党建统领高校各项事业高质量发展,是新时代高校党建的根本要求。在新时代背景下,面对新形势、新任务和新要求,高校在推进以高质量党建统领事业高质量发展的过程中,还存在思想认识不充分、实践路径不清晰、统领成效不明显等问题。通过对中国共产党湖州职业技术学院委员会(以下简称湖州职院党委)近年来以高质量党建统领事业高质量发展的实践总结,从增强“统领”意识和责任、提升并充实关键办学能力和核心要素、建立健全长效常态工作机制这三个方面凝练经验启示,为高质量党建统领高校事业高质量发展提供理论借鉴和实践模式参考。The comprehensive leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the high quality development of undertakings in colleges and universities.High quality Party building leading the high quality development of various undertakings in colleges and universities is the fundamental requirement for Party building in colleges and universities in the new era.In the context of the new era,facing new situations,tasks and requirements,colleges and universities still face problems like insufficient ideological understanding,unclear practical paths and unclear leadership effectiveness in promoting high quality Party building leading the high quality development of undertakings.Through summarizing the practice of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College Committee of the CPC(hereinafter referred to as the Party Committee of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College)in high quality Party building leading the high quality development of undertakings in recent years,the experience and enlightenment are summarized from three aspects:enhancing the“leading”awareness and responsibility,improving and enriching the key school running ability and core elements,and establishing and improving normal working mechanism with long term effect,so as to provide theoretical reference and practical model reference for high quality Party building leading the high quality development of undertakings in colleges and universities.
