摘  要:打造产教融合共同体是推进我国产教深度融合的重要战略,旨在解决长期以来导致校企供需失衡的症结,实现职业教育质量型、跨越式、进阶化发展。在构建逻辑上,产教融合共同体需要满足政府部门多维发展需求、行业组织多层人才需求、教育机构多阶升级需求和学生群体直接受益需求等,打造高效协同的产教融合新生态。针对建设中主体需求与受益期待存在矛盾、资源配置与优化投入效率不高、人才成长与教育发展难以兼容等问题,需立足国家发展战略、聚焦行业产业需求,围绕人才培养,提出构建实体化运行框架、推进产教精准对接机制、打造产教融合创新平台、健全多元育人培养体系,实现多元主体共赢发展的“多需共济”实践路径,以期形成一个可供推广应用并具有普惠价值的破题模板。Creating an industry-education integration community is an important strategy to promote the deep integration between industry and education in our country.It aims to address the long-standing is⁃sues that have led to the imbalance between supply and demand between schools and enterprises,and to achieve quality,leapfrog,and advanced development of vocational education.In terms of construction logic,the industry-education integration community needs to meet the multi-dimensional development needs of government departments,the multi-tier talent needs of industry organizations,the multi-level upgrade needs of educational institutions,and the direct benefit needs of student groups,in order to create a new eco⁃system of efficient and collaborative industry-education integration.In response to the contradictions be⁃tween the needs of the main bodies and the expectations of benefits,the low efficiency of resource allocation and optimization investment,and the difficulty of compatibility between talent growth and educational devel⁃opment,it is necessary to base on the national development strategy,focus on the needs of the industry,and center around talent cultivation.Proposals include establishing a materialized operational framework,ad⁃vancing precise industry-education alignment mechanisms,creating an industry-education integration inno⁃vation platform,and perfecting a diverse education and training system to realize a“cooperating for multiple needs”practical path for the win-win development of multiple subjects.This aims to form a problem-solv⁃ing template that can be popularized and applied,and has universal value.
