职业教育赋能先进制造业的逻辑、现状与提升路径分析——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：职业教育在服务先进制造业发展中发挥着重要作用。职业教育赋能先进制造业的逻辑主要体现在三个方面:职业教育能为先进制造业发展提供人力资源储备与技能适配,职业教育能推进制造业“育人链”和“产业链”的深度融合,职业教育能促进制造业产业结构转型升级。湖南职业教育在赋能先进制造业高地建设的过程中,虽然取得一定的成效,但仍存在职业院校专业布点未体现对制造业重点行业的支撑、职业教育与制造业产教融合深度不够等问题。对此,应优化职业教育布局,打造有效支撑重大战略的职教体系;推动更紧密的产教融合,形成职业教育和制造业融合发展新格局;深化职业教育专业结构调整优化,对接制造业产业需求;提升职业教育人才培养质量,满足先进制造业发展需要。Vocational education plays an important role in serving the development of advanced manufacturing industry.The logic of vocational education empowering advanced manufacturing industry is mainly reflected in three aspects.The first is vocational education can provide human resource reserves and skill adaptation for the development of advanced manufacturing industry.The second is vocational education can promote the deep integration of the"education chain"and"industry chain"of manufacturing industry.The third is vocational education can promote the transformation and upgrade of the industrial structure of manufacturing industry.In the process of empowering the construction of advanced manufacturing industry highland,Hunan vocational education has achieved certain results,but there are still problems such as the lack of support for key industries in manufacturing industry in the professional layout of vocational colleges,and shallow integration between vocational education and manufacturing industry.Therefore,we should optimize the distribution of vocational education and build an effective vocational education system to support major strategies;Promote closer integration of industry and education,and form a new pattern of integrated development of vocational education and manufacturing industry;Deepen the adjustment and optimization of the professional structure of vocational education,and connect with the demand of the manufacturing industry;Improve the quality of vocational education talent cultivation and meet the development needs of advanced manufacturing industry.
