摘 要:当今时代,数字信息蓬勃发展,教育数字化转型已是大势所趋,应用型高校旨在培养契合社会经济发展需求的应用型人才。社会的变革对人才的培养目标和要求提出了前所未有的挑战。教师的教学模式需顺应时代潮流,与时俱进。基于此,文章提出了基于数据流的教学设计-课堂教学-师生交流-教学评价一体化教学模式,在此教学模式的基础上,提出了持续加强师生数字化素养培养、加强构建和保障数字化基础资源建设、加强师生的人文精神培养从而避免人机异化问题的相关创新策略,希望对应用型高校的教育教学改革提供有益参考。In today’s era,digital information is booming,and the digital transformation of education is the general trend.Application-oriented-universities mainly cultivate applied talents who are in line with social economic production and development.The changes in society have put forward different requirements for the training objectives and requirements of talents than any other era in history,and the teaching mode of teaching should also change with the times and keep pace with the times.Based on this,this paper proposes a teaching model integrating instructional design,classroom instruction,teacher-student interaction,and instructional evaluation based on data flow.Based on this teaching model,we proposed some relevant innovative strategies which conclude continuously enhancing the digital literacy of teachers and students,strengthening the construction and guarantee of digital basic resource construction,and strengthening the cultivation of humanistic spirit among teachers and students to avoid the problem of dehumanization caused by artificial intelligence.It is hoped that these strategies will provide useful references for the educational and teaching reforms in application-oriented universities.
