民航行业文化与高职校园文化建设的融合路径探究

摘　　要：民航类高职院校因民航业的行业工作特质,尤其需要从事该职业的学生具有较强的行业文化素养。创新民航类高职院校民航行业文化教育的方式方法,探索将民航校园文化建设与日常民航行业文化教育融合的教学模式,能够促进民航专业学生知识技能的转化,培养出更符合行业需求的专业人才。该文从民航企业文化和高职校园文化建设分别出发,通过分析两者的内涵、在高职院校学生教育中的重要性、相互之间的关联等内容,从环境营造、长效机制建设、多维度丰富校园文化建设形式、强化师资队伍建设4个方面探索民航校园文化建设与行业文化的融合路径。Civil aviation vocational colleges,due to the characteristics of the civil aviation industry,especially require students engaged in this profession to have strong industry cultural literacy.Innovate the ways and methods of cultural education in civil aviation vocational colleges,explore the integration of campus cultural construction in civil aviation with daily cultural education in the civil aviation industry,promote the transformation of knowledge and skills among civil aviation students,and cultivate professional talents that better meet industry needs.This article starts from the construction of civil aviation enterprise culture and vocational college campus culture,and explores the integration path of civil aviation campus culture construction and industry culture from four aspects:environmental creation,long-term mechanism construction,multi-dimensional enrichment of campus culture construction forms,and strengthening of teacher team construction,by analyzing the connotations of the former two,their importance in vocational college student education,and their interrelationships.
