摘  要:由“学校+企业”“专职+兼职”组成的结构化教师团队在职业教育人才培养、教学改革、科技研发、技术创新、服务建设等方面作用日益凸显,“双师”素质教师逐渐由关注个体成长到团队的成长,不同类型和特征的团队有着不同的规律、途径和方法。本文重点研究校企共建的“双师”素质教师团队,提出了6种类型“双师”素质教师团队的分类方法和建设途径,为发挥校企双主体作用、共建教学团队进行了理论研究,提供了有益借鉴。The structured teacher team composed of"school+enterprise"and"full-time+part-time"plays an increasingly prominent role in vocational education talent cultivation,teaching reform,scientific and technological research and development,technological innovation,service construction,and other aspects."Dual teacher"quality teachers are gradually shifting from focusing on individual growth to team growth.Different types and characteristics of teams have different rules,approaches,and methods.This article focuses on the research of"dual teacher"quality teacher teams jointly built by schools and enterprises,and proposes six types of classification methods and construction approaches for"dual teacher"quality teacher teams.It provides theoretical research for leveraging the dual role of schools and enterprises and jointly building teaching teams,and provides useful references.
