摘　　要：本文系统考察《三国演义》英译者的职业分布情况,探讨英译者的职业与译介活动的关联,进而评析其职业对译介活动的深层影响。就现有研究来看,学界往往对译者的翻译动机予以特别的关注和研究,而译者身份、立场与翻译动机实则存在密切关联,职业差异亦不容忽视。鉴于此,从译者的职业角度出发,探讨其在整个翻译动态过程中的影响作用,能为译者研究开拓新路径,收获新发现。This study explores occupational distribution of translators in English translation of Sanguoyanyi and investigates the relationship between occupations and translation,analyzing the effects caused by the former upon the latter.As far as the existing literature is concerned,special attention has been predominantly paid to the studies of translators'motives.In fact,motives are often closely related to the identity and position of translators themselves,entailing due consideration of occupational discrepancy.Therefore,from the perspective of translators'occupations,exploring their effects in the whole dynamic process of translation is likely to blaze new trails and bring new discoveries.
