摘  要:利用学习档案评价学生学习的方法 ,已逐步被我国的学校所接受 ,也收到了很好的效果 ,但利用档案评价中小学教师的培训效果 ,在我国还很少使用 ,作为国家级骨干教师培训基地 ,我们吉林省教育学院在第三期骨干教师国家级培训和骨干教师省级培训中 ,率先采用了档案袋评价法对参加培训的教师的培训情况进行了评价 ,并收到了较好的效果 ,本文拟对档案袋评价用于骨干教师培训的意义 ,档案袋的设计及评价的优缺点进行了详细的分析 。The method of portfolio assessment was used to evaluate the student's study. It was gradually accepted by college or university in China, and it is not enough although we have acquired good result. As the base of the state\|level elite teacher's training, we adopted the means of portfolio assessment to evaluate teachers during the third period of the state\|level and prince\|level elite teacher's training, and obtained great success. In this article ,the meaning of application of the portfolio assessment on the elite teacher and the characters are carefully analyzed and discussed, the aim is to give a clue to others that are interesting in this field.
