摘　　要：目的为了明确组胚学"我想要个孩子"PBL案例的教学效果、学生意见与建议,进一步提高此PBL课程的质量。方法本研究以北京大学2014上半学期调查176份问卷为依据,结合4年来668名学生网上评估及意见,报道学生对此案例的反馈意见。结果通过数据分析我们发现多数同学认为本案例内容量及难度适中,通过本案例的学习逻辑思维能力、阅读文献能力、查找资料能力及解决问题的能力有所提高;绝大多数同学对PBL教学形式满意并从中收获颇多,然而学生对于最难理解的部分的回答不尽一致;绝大多数同学认为教师指导下的学生自主学习给自己帮助很大,对带教老师满意或基本满意。但75.57%的学生认为不同专业的老师在PBL教学过程中引导作用差异明显,82.95%的学生提出药物治疗内容偏少并有意愿增加了解。结论 "我想要个孩子"这一PBL案例选材合理、设计得当,受到学生好评,值得继续开课。Objective To understand the effect of a problem-based learning(PBL)course'I want a child'and the suggestion from students,so as to improve the quality of this PBL course.Methods Based on176 questionnaires from Peking University in the first semester of 2014,combined with the last 4years' 668 student online evaluation and questionnaires,we investigated the attitude of students to the course 'I want a child' Results Through the analysis of the data we found that the majority of the students thought that the contents and difficulty of course was moderate,and the course increased their logical thinking,literature reading ability,information gathering ability and problem solving ability.Basically,the majority of the students were satisfied with the PBL teaching mode and admitted that they had a good harvest from this course.However,the answers to the most difficult part to understand the course were not the same.The majority of the students admitted that autonomous learning under the guidance of teachers help them a lot.They were satisfied or basically satisfied with their teachers.At the same time,75.57% of the students pointed out that teachers from different backgrounds play different roles in the PBL teaching process.82.95% of the students said that treatment related contents were too few and hoped to increase this part in the future.Conclusion 'I want a child' case is a reasonable course;the design is proper and this course is worthy to learn.
