摘　　要：为解决医学功能学科实验教学中师资不足等挑战,课程教学团队吸纳研究生助教来增强教学力量。经过审视助教的作用和价值后,团队发现了助教工作中的问题和不足,进而探索了提高研究生助教工作质量的方法。在深思助教工作的基础上,团队提出了相应的措施,旨在推动研究生助教在医学教育中发挥更重要的作用。The teaching team recruited postgraduates teaching assistants to solve the problem of understaffing in the experimental teaching of medical functional science.The authors then assessed the postgraduate teaching assistants’performance and identified some problems.Based on the teaching practice,the authors proposed measures to improve the teaching quality of postgraduate teaching assistants,so that they can contribute more to the medical education.
