摘 要:学校文化建设评估体系的价值在于:以增值为目的,提升学校文化评估反馈力;以生成为特征,促进学校文化评估生长力;以体系为根基,增强学校文化评估实践力。从整体上搭建学校文化建设评估框架体系,需把握好理论支持层、应用场景层、技术保障层之间的关系,以达到为学校文化建设评估筑牢理论基础、细化评估指标、确保评估开展之目的。为增强中小学学校文化建设评估的可操作性,应围绕基于科学标准,构筑文化建设评估系统、加强多元协同,形成文化发展合力、建立常态机制,助推评与建双向流通等维度开展具有学校本土特色的文化评估。The assessment system of school culture construction has the value of enhancing the feedback power with value-added purpose,promoting the growth power with the characteristic of development,and enhancing the practical power with the system as the foundation.In order to build a framework system,it is necessary to grasp the relationship among the theoretical support layer,the application scenario layer,and the technical guarantee layer,so as to achieve the purpose of building a solid theoretical foundation,refining the assessment indicators,and ensuring that the assessment is carried out.In order to enhance the operability of the assessment of school culture construction in primary and secondary schools,cultural assessment measures with local characteristics should be carried out around the dimensions of constructing a cultural assessment system based on scientific standards,strengthening multi-dimensional synergy for cultural development,and setting up a regular mechanism to facilitate the two-way circulation of assessment and construction.
