摘 要:在推动学习型社会建设中,社区老年学习团队是构成学习型社会的基石。文章分析了社区老年学习团队在满足老年人学习需求、促进社会参与和社会治理方面的价值。通过对广州社区老年学习团队现状的分析,揭示了发展中存在的问题,包括组织结构和管理需优化、资源分配不均、社区辐射范围有待扩大、持续发展动力机制需加强、数字鸿沟与教育形式单一化,以及监测与评估机制不健全等。针对这些问题,借鉴案例的实践经验,提出了强化组织架构、均衡资源配置、拓宽社区覆盖、激发发展动力、提升数字素养,以及实施持续监测与评估等建设路径,以促进社区老年学习团队的建设与发展。Community-based senior learning teams are the cornerstone in promoting a learning society.The article discusses the importance of community elderly learning teams in building a learning society,analyzing their role in meeting the learning needs of the elderly,promoting social participation,and social governance.This paper surveys the current situation in elderly learning groups in Guangzhou communities,and reveals such problems as organizational structure and management in need of optimization,uneven resource distribution,community's reach yet to expand,a lack of mechanisms for sustainable development,the digital divide and educational methodologies to be diversified,and an incomplete monitoring and evaluation mechanism,and so on.To address these issues,this paper borrows insights from practical experiences of case studies,and advances such proposals as strengthening organizational structures,balancing resource allocation,broadening community coverage,stimulating development momentum,enhancing digital literacy,and implementing continuous monitoring and evaluation to promote the construction and development of community-based elderly learning groups.
