摘　　要：大力弘扬教育家精神是教育高质量发展的必然要求。教育家精神有效融入高中思政课是落实立德树人的重要举措。研究认为:教育家精神应成为新时代教师的自觉追求,需要不断挖掘教育家精神与教材内容的契合性,探索教育家精神的精神品格与学生学科核心素养培养的紧密关系。高中思政课教师要将教育家的理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求的时代内涵与实践要求贯穿教学全程,不断创新教学方式,切实推动新时代高中思政课高质量发展。Promoting the spirit of educators is essential for the high-quality development of the education industry.The effective integration of the spirit of educators into high school politics is an important measure to implement moral education and talent cultivation.Research suggests that the spirit of educators should become a conscious pursuit for teachers in the new era.It is necessary to continuously explore the compatibility between the spirit of educators and the content of textbooks,and to explore the close relationship between the spiritual charac-ter of educators and the cultivation of students'core subject literacy.High school politics teachers should inte-grate the ideals and beliefs of educators,moral sentiments,educational wisdom,practical attitude,benevolence,and the pursuit of the times and practical requirements throughout the teaching process,constantly innovating teaching methods,and effectively promoting the high-quality development of high school politics education in the new era.
