摘 要:物流行业是国务院规划的十大振兴产业之一,对拉动国内消费和解决就业问题起到重要作用。立足于高职物流专业学生的认知能力和职业发展定位,借助知识管理理论的SECI模型,从人才培养目标、知识转化阶段、知识转化形式和场域四个层面出发,构建高职物流专业人才培养体系。解释构成SECI模型的各个要素,分析物流专业学生的知识转化过程。发挥示范作用,提高学生对明言知识的掌握效率,实现学生对物流及相关知识的融合,完善学生的知识体系,提高实践教学在教学体系中的比例,是提高物流专业人才培养质量的关键。The logistics industry is one of the top ten revitalization industries planned by the State Council,playing an important role in driving domestic consumption and solving employment problems.Based on the cognitive abilities and career development positioning of logistics majors in vocational colleges,and with the help of the SECI model of knowledge management theory,a talent training system for logistics majors in vocational colleges is constructed from four levels:talent training objectives,knowledge transformation stages,knowledge transformation forms,and fields.Explain the various elements that make up the SECI model and analyze the knowledge transfer process of logistics students.Playing a demonstrative role,improving students'mastery efficiency of explicit knowledge,achieving the integration of logistics and related knowledge,improving students'knowledge system,and increasing the proportion of practical teaching in the teaching system are the key to improving the quality of logistics professional talent cultivation.
