摘　　要：职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分,是培养高技能人才、促进人的全面发展的战略工程。教育强国建设对职业教育高质量发展提出了新需求,聚焦教育强国的“六大特质”,全面分析我国职业教育的发展方向和现实状况,进一步明确职业教育在建设教育强国中的使命和责任:以思政引领力为方向引领,以人才竞争力为重要使命,以科技支撑力为战略部署,以民生保障力为根本支撑,以社会协同力为基本保障,以国际影响力为显著标志。Vocational education is an important component of the national education system and hu⁃man resource development,and it is a strategic project for cultivating high-skilled talents and promoting hu⁃man all-round development.The construction of a education power has put forward new demands for the high-quality development of vocational education.Focusing on the“six major characteristics”of an educa⁃tion power,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development direction and current situation of vocation⁃al education in China,and further clarifies the mission and responsibility of vocational education in building an education power:taking leadership of ideological and political education as the direction,taking talents competitiveness as an important mission,taking scientific and technological support capability as a strategic deployment,taking the capability of people’s livelihood security as the fundamental support,taking the ca⁃pability of social synergy as the basic guarantee,and taking international influence as a significant symbol.
