基于MOOC的CBCL教学模式在临床药学实习教学中的应用

摘  要:目的探索基于慕课(massive open online course,MOOC)的案例协作式教学模式(case-based collaborative learning,CBCL)在临床药学实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月―2023年1月在玉溪市人民医院药学部进行临床药学的36名实习生作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组18名。对照组采用传统的讲授式教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL),试验组采用基于MOOC的CBCL教学模式。比较2组的基本理论知识和实践技能考核成绩、对教学模式的评分及满意度。结果试验组的基本理论知识考核成绩为(87.14±7.56)分,实践技能考核成绩为(91.22±3.57)分,均高于对照组[(76.83±7.13)分,(85.56±5.15)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组实习生在激发学习兴趣及积极性、构建临床思维、提高分析及解决实际问题的能力、提高临床综合实践能力和增强团队协作意识的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组实习生教学方式感到非常满意和满意的占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床药学实习生的带教中应用基于MOOC的CBCL教学模式,有助于提高实习生的考核成绩和临床药学实践能力,进而提高实习生对教学方式的认可度及满意度,教学效果显著。Objective To explore the efficacy of case-based collaborative learning(CBCL)teaching model based on massive open online course(MOOC)in the practice teaching of clinical pharmacy.Methods A total of 36 interns who received clinical pharmacy practice teaching in the the department of pharmacy of the People’s Hospital of Yuxi City from July 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 18 interns in each group.The control group adopted lecture-based learning teaching method,the experimental group adopted CBCL teaching model based on MOOC.The results of theory assessment,practice assessment and the evaluation of teaching mode and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The test scores of basic theoretical knowledge of experimental group was(87.14±7.56)points,and the practical skills of experimental group was(91.22±3.57)points,were higher than those of control group[(76.83±7.13)points,(85.56±5.15)points],the differences were statistically significant(P˂0.001).The scores of interns in stimulating learning interest and enthusiasm,constructing clinical thinking,improving the ability of analyzing and solving practical problems,improving clinical comprehensive practice ability and enhancing teamwork consciousness in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P˂0.001).The proportion of interns in the experimental group who were very satisfied and satisfied with the teaching method were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P˂0.05).Conclusion The CBCL teaching model based on MOOC is helpful to improve interns’assessment results and clinical pharmacy practice ability,and further improve interns’recognition and satisfaction with teaching methods,and the teaching effect is remarkable.
