陶行知劳动教育思想对新时代高校劳动教育的启示

摘　　要：以陶行知劳动教育思想为出发点,阐述了陶行知劳动教育思想的内涵,并归纳出其主要特征:实用性、实践性、融合性;从理论与实践层面分析了陶行知劳动教育思想对新时代高校开展劳动教育的重要意义。在陶行知劳动教育思想的启示下,针对当前高校劳动教育的现状,提出了立足于学生主体开展劳动教育、与时俱进丰富劳动教育内容、因势利导开设劳动教育课程与多方合力营造劳动教育氛围四个方面的具体建议。Starting from Tao Xingzhi s thought on labor education,its connotation was elaborated on and its main characteristics were summarized:practicality,practicability,and integration.The significance of Tao Xingzhi s thought on labor education for conducting labor education in colleges and universities in the new era was analyzed from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Inspired by Tao Xingzhi s thought on labor education and in response to the current status of labor education in colleges and universities,four specific suggestions were proposed:conducting labor education based on students subjectivity,enriching labor education content in keeping with the times,optimizing labor education courses by taking advantage of the situation,and jointly creating an atmosphere for labor education through multiple efforts.
