摘 要:目的研究医学影像学本科生实习教学中多元化教学模式的运用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2023年9月天津医科大学第二医院医学影像科实习的20名本科生为研究对象。按照教学方式不同分为传统教学组和多元化教学组,各10名。对比两组学生对带教工作的满意率、综合考核成绩。结果多元化教学组满意率为100.00%(10/10),高于传统教学组的80.00%(8/10),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元化教学组的理论知识、影像阅读、报告书写、影像诊断分析考核成绩均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医学影像学本科生实习教学工作中引入多元化教学模式能够有效提高学生的理论知识和临床实际操作能力,学生的满意度相对更高,教学效果更加理想。Objective To study the effect of diversified teaching models in the internship teaching of medical imaging undergraduate students.Methods From September 2021 to September 2023,twenty undergraduates in the medical imaging department of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into traditional teaching group and diversified teaching group,ten in each group.The satisfaction rate and comprehensive assessment results of the two groups of students were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of diversified teaching was 100.00%(10/10),which was higher than 80.00%(8/10)of the traditional teaching group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,image reading,report writing and image diagnostic analysis in the diversified teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of diversified teaching mode in the practice teaching of medical imaging undergraduates can effectively improve the students´theoretical knowledge and clinical practical ability.The students´satisfaction is relatively higher,and the teaching effect is more ideal.
