摘  要:幼儿园教师是幼儿健康成长的启蒙者和引路人,幼儿园教师的传统文化素养是教师群体的文化自信和文化认同的体现,也是促进幼儿全面发展的重要条件。文章从幼儿园教师传统文化素养现实困境入手,分析造成幼儿园教师传统文化素养缺失的缘由,提出了优化幼儿园教师传统文化素养的基本建议,期望通过培养幼儿园教师传统文化的自觉、自信和自强,提升幼儿园教师的传统文化素养。Kindergarten teachers are the enlighteners and guides for the healthy growth of children,and the traditional cultural literacy of kindergarten teachers is the embodiment of the cultural confidence and cultural identity of teachers,and is also an important condition for promoting the all-round development of children.Starting with the realistic dilemma of traditional cultural literacy of kindergarten teachers,this paper further analyzes the causes of the lack of traditional cultural literacy of kindergarten teachers,and puts forward basic suggestions for optimizing traditional cultural literacy of kindergarten teachers,hoping to improve traditional cultural literacy of kindergarten teachers by cultivating their consciousness,confidence and self-improvement of traditional culture.
